It's a Fridge !!!!

Cons:Â the light is not on the inside

"If it's an under counter fridge that you want, this will suffice.
It does everything you would expect of a fridge of this style and price. It's well made, not too noisy and does what I want on a low setting.
It comes with adjustable guides for the rear, this stops the venting hitting the wall.
Good space and compartments inside and very easy to level using the adjustable front feet.
Down side is the internal light. In my opinion it just isn't internal. It is in the top door recess and actually hinders rather than light up inside the fridge. It faces outwards and shines in your eyes, but hey, I live on my own so I turn the kitchen light on.
I had a Beko before this with a matching freezer and was very happy, but couldn't get a suitable pair this time so went for these and yes I'm pleased with what I have."

"As the fridge is a replacement for a fridge freezer (I no longer need freezer space as I have an upright one) I find it strange having to bend down to see inside it. The position of the light doesn't help - it should be inside the compartment. You have to be careful that you push the door shut as it doesn't appear to have any magnetic attraction as on the previous fridge. Levelling it wasn't too easy, but once done it's very stable. It is so quiet that I couldn't believe it was working! The temperature seems to remain very constant and suits the various areas of storage."

"cant fault the fridge and how it works at all. fits under the counter with about an inch to spare. if i was being very finicky i wouldnt have the thermostat on the outside and the light doesnt seem very well placed but for the price im over the moon."

"Like most people have said, the lighting is pretty poor, but we knew this before we bought, thanks to other reviews.
Door seals very tight and might be a bit hard for some to open.
Delivered as promised.
Very happy with purchase."

"Our last Ice Diamond,gave us 101/2 years good service.This new one has quite a different,although it matches our old ice diamond quite well.The front adjustable feet are very small.has 2 clip on blocks,instead of a complete long grill to keep it away from wall at the rear.No facility to fit rear wheels,like the old model.For all that it's an exellent machine."

door handle is rubbish

"The door magnets are too strong or door handle needs redesigning.. Opening the door requires too much pull and one tends to have to use one's knuckles against the upper ridge on the cabinet itself to help lever the door open. The price was unbeatable. Our previous Hotpoint fridge lasted 25 years."

"This fridge really is excellent value and a good looking one too! The only (little) thing which could make it 100% perfect would be moving the light to inside the fridge. I did read this on other reviews and do agree. However, we are delighted with this good quality fridge and would definitely recommend it."

"A good feature about this fridge is that the temperature control is on the outside so it cannot accidentally be knocked when loading the fridge with food. Can't think why more manufacturers don't do this."

"A fridge that does what it says. The capacity is greater than it looks and it keeps its temperature well. Just one critiscism, the light at the front of the fridge makes the rest of the fridge dark.

"Good value fridge. Nothing special, noisier than the (almost silent but more expensive) Bosch fridge/freezer sitting next to it and it doesn't seem to have the Bosch's power to chill new contents quickly. But this is a perfectly adequate fridge for general use."

"This is the firt time I have purchased a large item on line,so I had some reservations,but, I should not have worried. This fridge is an excellent unit, it replaces a previous Hotpoint fridge which we had for 14 years,and, it was still going well,but, this new fridge is so well built and is so quiet in fact we are over the moon with it, the capacity is good to. I must say that your company is a pleasure to deal with. Not only am I going to buy from you again,,I already have and I wll again and again."
