I would recommend this machine as it is fairly quiet and easy to use - a good buy for the price.

Only had this a few weeks, but find it really easy to use love the 29minute quick wash feature, a lot quiter than my last machine. No complaints at all.

"Really impressed with the service ive recieved, right from ordering online to getting it delivered.
Ordered on the 21st Nov and got it on the 25th Nov also got regular email and txt updates about the scheduled delivery date and time slot in which i would receive delivery. The time i was given was between 7 and 11,driver phoned me on route and appeared at 8. As for the machine i havent installed it as yet but it looks amazing."

"Very good machine only downside is the spincycle only1200 my own fault should have looked and gone for a higher one. But can't fault the machine and to do an extra spincycle only takes 11 minutes. So I'm happy!"

"All round good machine, had it just over a month and all is going well. It looks nice and was put to the test right away with my partners work clothes but it does really well, even he noticed they feel cleaner, the 1200 spin does take a lot of the water out taking less time for them to dry and I think its really smart that it switches off after its finished a wash.
I can understand why people rate it low for quietness its not OTT loud but you can hear you have a washing machine on.
Only thing I do miss is not having a half load option.
The chaps would only fit the machine with the pipes that were already connected to the water inlet but these were too short so I ended up fitting it myself with longer ones which was really easy."

"Purchased this Samsung to replace a Bosch machine that we had for approximately 8yrs. So far so good. Much quieter than our previous machine and the timer facility is handy. I have found the 20 minute wash useful for those small items that are only lightly soiled. Looks good and build quality is excellent. Machine timer 'beeps' when the cycle has finished which is useful as a reminder to empty the machine. M & S service was excellent. Item arrived when they said it would. Only time will tell regarding durability and lifespan. Recommended."

"Only had this machine for a couple of weeks but it does everything I want. It is very flexible in the way that the controls can be used. It is very quiet and sounds a musical alarm when it is finished and intermittently to remind you. All in all an excellent machine."

"I would recommend this machine as it has a good size drum, easy to use controls, good range of programs and options and there is a very useful timer countdown so you know how long the wash is going to be. I especially like the way you can choose to have short washes - my last washing machine took at least 2 hours for a standard wash so that is a big improvement. Oh and there's also a handy time delay. All in all very pleased with it."

"Good no fuss washing machine. Limited programmes, but I prefer that to some machines that have too many! Simple to use. Only slight niiggle presently is that I feel the 1200 spin is not as effective as my last washing machine. Overall though very happy with purhase and good price."

"Very happy with this machine. It is very intuitive and especially easy to use - the dial selects the programme pre-sets but each setting can be altered from the pre-set by pressing the appropriate button so you see exactly what is going on. I find it quiet compared to my previous machine. The door is wide so it is easy to load and there is also easy access to the filter. I have had it 3 months now with no problems. I only do one or two loads a week so no great wear on it yet, but so far so good and would definitely recommend it."

"As it says on the tin, Diamond!! What a brilliant, quiet, efficient and quick washer! Superb. Brilliant. Excellent. Reliable.

I've never had a washer that actually tells you, accurately, how long the wash load will take (including opening the door!). Superb!

Fantastic washer which I highly recommend."

"I need to wash regularly as I have an 8 month old baby. Although this machine has a 3 hour long baby wash, I prefer to use the 'daily wash' (61 mins) and the 'quick wash' (29 mins). Washes the clothes brilliantly... and spins well. The dial is quick and easy to use and there are lots of easy to use buttons to adjust the wash settings (it also has a child lock for the buttons and dial so they can press all they like and not adjust the settings!!). The only thing I would say as a negative is that the count down timer isnt very accurate, however its not a problem as it gives me a rough idea of how long it has left. The diamond drum is great, absolutely nothing has been caught in it. Overall I am really pleased with this purchase, it washes well, its very sturdy and well built, its easy to use and it looks great. Excellent value for money."

"I bought this machine to replace a 15year old one. I have had no problems at all with the Samsung - it is quiet, easy to use and uses a lot less water and electricity than my old one! It is a reasonable price - not the cheapest machine you can buy, but it is worth paying that bit more for the quality you get. I like the choice of spin cycles and options such as crease-guard or daily wash. Lots of options and the main cycle is of a reasonable length, meaning you can get lots of washing done! A great machine, highly recommended."

"the machine is very good all round for cleaning, there are 2 things why I would not buy it again, 1 the soap drawer does not pull out far enough and the powder goes all over the place, i'm sure i'm not the only person in the world that uses good old fashion powder who knows maybe I am hence I need to clean the drawer about every five washes, I do about 12 loads per week so it's a pain. 2 the drum is not deep enough compaired to any other machine that I've had you have to hold it all in to be able to shut the door."
