Cons:Â poor at drying !!!

"I bought this tumble dryer as it matched my washing machine,which is suberb and I hoped it would be too... unfortunately the drying ability is a lot worse than my previous 10 year old tumble dryer that it was bought to replace !!! If you use it on the timer it takes hours (literally) to dry a relatively small load ..."

"I have always had Zanussi products my last tumble dryer from them lasted 11years so I hoping this on lasts as long. Nice machine, easy to use once I understood why the start button flashed red on certain programmes. Not the quietest tumble dryer on the market but it isnt any noiser than my last one. Overall I am pleased with my purchase"

"This Dryer is so difficult to understand!!!and Iam not thick....the instructions seem simple but the machine has a mind of its own..I put it on wool to dry only to have to stop it ..to find my cashmere will now fit a doll!!!..cottons it drys almost to dust....not happy ....do not buy it"

"This was a replacement product for a condensor dryer. What I didn't realise until it arrived was that condensor bottles can be at the bottom as well as at the top! I cannot actually remove the water container myself and believe me I have tried. I learnt pretty quickly that because of its proximity to the floor, my knuckles were losing skin as I tried to wrestle with the water container. Kneeling pad, oven glove and spatula have all been put to use. I hope you won't make the same mistake that I did - learn from mine."

"This product doesn't seem to know when the clothes are dry and turns itself off when things are still soaking wet. We had the engineer out, only to be told that its because the machine is energy efficient and that there's nothing wrong with it. Don't buy this one unless you can stand over it turning it back on until the clothes are actually dry."

"much better than our previous hotpoint, the only problem is that we have to empty the water tank a lot more frequently but having said that it drys better than any other tumble dryer we have had, would not hesitate buying this brand again"
