"I chose this model because I felt the four drawers would be more useful than the three shelves of the alternative model. However, there's a quite a bit of volume taken up by the plastic construction of the drawers, compared with that of the open shelves model, so I think the total usable capacity is reduced over the shelved model.
I needed to reverse the door opening direction, and was slightly disappointed to find:
1. There were no blanking plugs supplied for the "old" holes, contrary to what was claimed in the manual.
2. The handle mounting-screw holes/plugs in the 'other' side of the door do not line up correctly with the screw-holes in the handle. This will probably result at some point during the life of the freezer, in the handle breaking up around its mounting holes. Poor construction quality control?
