"Bought matching Zanussi fridge & freezer 1987. Freezer lasted 18 years. Fridge still going. Wanted new matching pair under the worktop. Hope they last as long!
Fridge works fine, well cold enough for a larder fridge, and refrigerant noises not annoying.
Reversing the door was tricky, had to get tilt angle just right, lying under it and holding the door up so seal was not compressed while screwing on the bottom hinge, that was not too bad. (Oiling the screws helped them self-tap) Then the top hinge was easy to move over. (Ditto) The real swine was swapping the handle, because of the plastic plugs in the opposite holes. After drilling/winkling them out, and rescrewing the handle (more oil) 1 screw was not central; I had to hacksaw 1 lug off the white cap and stick it on with Blutack. Likewise the plugs offered for filling the old holes, they were badly shaped and too big. I used old white round Hygena screw caps and Blutack."
